need 2.0 help

can anyone tell me about the 2.0 8v crossflow head? does it fit the same exhaust manifold as the 1.8 8v? does it flow anybetter than the 1.8 8v? does it interchange is what im getting at? i need more flow for my turbo, but i dont have room or patience to convert to the 16v head.i want to port/polish and flow prably even use a custom intake if its interchangeable. someone tell me what you know about the 2.0 8v and turbos.
