Need a rebuild PLEASE help!

Im going to rebuild my bottom end on my 2.0 16V. I want to do some kind of over bore and lighten and balence most if not all of the bottom end. I plan on using a 1.8 head that im going to rebuild and P&P. My question to you all is what kind of setup should i go with as far as cranks, pistons, and rods? How much should i stroke the motor while still using my 1.8 head. Any other info on how to get a sh1t load of all motor power without spending 3000 on a badger5 kit and Tec2
