As the topic says, I need some advice in picking a new rim for my MK4
I am currently running 225/45/17's on 17x7.5 rims offset 35.
I want to use a wider rim with the same tires.
How wide could I go? 17x8.5, 17x9?
I will be putting on coilovers in the spring.
I would move up to 18's but I work in the land of potholes...NYC.
I want a deep dish look, but want to run the same size on all 4.
I am willing to run spacers if needed to get the look I want.
Any rim suggestions would be appreciated.

I have similar concerns as you do!
I found an excellent deal on 17'' RS Limited Akunin. They are white 7'' wide with 38 mm offset.
I got the whole set shipped to my door for less than $390.00. One wheel retails usually for $180.00-$260.00
To find cool deals from excellent seller, go to ebay and look for username oaklandmotorman! He is excellent in communication and shipps FAST!
Good luck!
