Just purchased the driver gear sport springs and need them installed on my '06 Passat. These are quotes that I have gotten to have them installed. Includes alignment.
Platinum VW (Hicksville, NY) - $1050
Linden VW (New Jersey) - $685
Midas (Mineola, NY) - $772
Pep Boys (Hicksville, NY) - $750
Mavis (Westbury, NY) - $170
As you can see, there's a huge difference in the price. I am a bit leary of the $170 quote from Mavis. What do you guys think?
Can anyone recomend someone, preferably on Long Island?

I know a guy, that will do it for 225 for you..
in brooklyn, really really good with european cars, since he used to build

Just the springs, and alignment of course.

hey, if ur still interested, ur looking at prolly 225 total
for spring install. as far as alignment, he dont got machine..
