ok im boostin my 16v...gonna get a thicker copper head gasket, what will that put my compression at and what stock pistons could i get that would be a little stronger and maybe lower compression more only lookin for about 5-10lbs of boost.....also what tranny can i use with the 16v i have a 1.8l golf gl tranny now will i need to buy another tranny or can i just use the one i have for now

If you have the heigth of the head gasket (vertical thinkness) then I can tell you the compression ratio. Its still probably gonna be around 10.3:1 or so. Also, are you using the stock CIS-E fuel system? If you are, your going to run into fuel problems.
There are no "stock" pistons that are a little bit stronger or lower compression ratio that you can just drop in. You should probably just spend the bucks and get some 8.5:1 or 9:1 JE/similar forged pistons for your motor. Thats your best option.
