depends on what fan temp switch your using, i think the aftermarket ones kick on at 105C not sure on stock, but i think mine was kicking on around 210F

mine kicks in around 190.

1st turn your heater on to make sure the fans are working, if they are then i would check the fan switch or the wiring that runs under the battery, the wires there are prone to break down to rubbing and acid, make sure you have no chaffing there, if that looks good replace your fan switch
