You dont need a spring compressor for the rears. But keep good track of the order you take all the washers and clips off in to make sure you get them back on in the right order.
Door handles always fail, so fire a new (or working used) on one there and it'll be good to go probably. I usually make a yearly lubing of my door handles something I do to try and keep them in good shape.
