Re: (Dub Ken)

Neither the Jetex nor the Magnaflow are 3" exhausts.
If you're looking for other manufacturers, 42dd, APR and Milltek all make excellent 3" exhausts. The Milltek comes either resonated which will sound almost like stock, or non-resonated which will be a little louder and have the deeper sound that you're looking for.
There are clips of all of the above on YouTube. Do a search for "(company name) 1.8t" and you shouldn't have any trouble finding what you're looking for. Keep in mind though that a cheap microphone isn't a very good representation of what the actual exhaust will sound like.
Since you're in Chicago, try the Midwest forum. Chances are someone in your area will have what you're looking for so you can hear it before you buy it. Good luck. http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif
