So here's the problem, when I first start my car (92 GTX/GLI) unless I hold the gas pedal the car will shut right off, and will fire right back up. Now when I'm holding the gas pedal the car bogs. I can drive but for the first 2-5 minutes of driving when I put the clutch in, the car will shut off unless I give it some gas. After about 15 minutes of driving, the car will stay on, but the cars idle will surge.
The engine is a 2.0 16v w/ CIS-E

Mine did this when the hose that goes across the motor to the airbox was not hooked up... umm i cant think of what its hooked to but its the only one that goes across the exhaust mani and is almost the size of a garden hose... I think im losing my mind

I'm pretty sure it's hooked up ... but I'll check it
Anyone else w/ some ideas?
