This might be a stupid comment, but It helps me out.
If you are actualy going throught the german ebay and see a item you like. If you take that auction number and the paste it into the american ebay, it will leave the sellers description in german, but all of the ebay wording will be in english, and it coverts the money into USD for you. Just my .02
