I see the part numbers but I have never heard of that kind of bulb...is it sold in the states...will the T4W work?

Yes they are halogens (still) but the reflector on the HID is 99% the same...so

But when I said HID 1000FF I meant exactly that HID.

Well it will not be as bright. You should be able to find them somewhere in the US!
The H is HALOGEN.

You need the H6W bulbs (Bluevision). MB CLK's use those bulbs too.
