The lower the car, the stiffer it has to be sprung= worse ride.
You can't have your cake and eat it unless you really like a stiff ride.
If you are prepared to raise the strut towers by cutting and welding, then you could keep your suspension travel. the suspension travel is what gives the smooth ride.
