Hello, what would cause neither the CEL or EPC lights to come on in the "key-on" position? When those lights aren't on, the car wont turn on. If I activate the alarm and put it in the "key-on" position, most of the time the CEL and EPC light both turn on and the car starts.. What could be the problem?
