I was a little iffy on this one before watching this one, I am a 40 year-old man and it seemed a little Teen Drama from the description. My Fiance and I were very pleasantly surprised by this show. The characters, comedy, scenery and story are all fantastic. We blazed through both seasons and are now bummed we have to wait so long for season 3.
Asa Butterfield plays a nerdy awkward teenage boy part who's parents are both sex and relationship therapists. He uses his little knowledge to start a "sex clinic" at school with his crush Maeve as a way to earn some money. The show is based in the UK, but is heavily influenced by 80's John Hughes movies such as The Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles.
