Neuspeed Upper Bar thingy

Sorry, no clue what it's really called
But does the Neuspeed Upper (Strut? Brace) Bar thing really work? Or is it just a waste of money?? Will I notice a difference, and if so, how hard is it to install???

Rear Sway bar... okay, so is that IMPOSSIBLE to attach? Let me guess, drop the whole subframe of the car and go to town? Or like, $250 for someone else to install it...hmmm

Okay... so where's the cheapest place to get one? (Potterman is great and all, but he's MAD expensive)
