I have never seen the 2 point Neuspeed one, but I assume that it only ties both of the control arm bolts together. The stock one, however, ties to the body as well. I would go with the stock one because of the ridgidness through the triangulation. Larger doesnt necesarily (god i cant spell) mean better.
Besides, you can get the stock one from a junkyard for 20 bucks.

Well I really need to find out because I have a neuspeed one but never installed it yet, and if the stock 16V one is better, then I just get one of those. I am going solo 1 racing and want the best tie bar available.

Is the stock 16V tiebar just a bolt on or do I have to do some more work to fit it?

U will probably need to drill 2 holes for the rear mounting points of the stock bar. No big deal.
