New Clutch Advice

This spring I am going to have to replace my clutch but I am unsure on which on to get. I know the SACHs OEM is used for power up to 250hp but I am not sure if I will exceed this power in the future. So what are my other options and prices for these options?
Also, I need a new brake setup, any advice for this project, with prices. I'm cheap but willing to spend the money on my car, not the girlfriend.
