new fun with s/c rebuild, 3.39 final, tdi 5th and peloquin

well my charger is past break-in period, and put the 61mm pulley back on. the main fun however, was the tranny work. I now have a tdi 5th along with 3.39 final and peloquin.
on the stock pulley, it isn't super 'fun', but the tdi 5th offers a nice drop in rpms on the highway for cruising.
on the 61mm pulley, however, the car is amazing to drive. the 3.39 final offers taller gearing and i'm able to stay in each gear a little bit longer, and it has the pull to get through them quickly still. the peloquin makes an amazing difference both off the line and cornering. overall i would recommend the following changes to anyone without a stock pulley. if you have a stock pulley, it's possible you might find yourself downshifing from 5th on the highway to make some passes.
but then again, it's been so long since i had a stock pulley i forgot what it's like. painful i think is the word.
anyways, holy crap i love it all.....

what kinda rpm drop did you see with the tdi 5th?

well, coupled with the taller final, i have seen quite a bit.
looking at my spreadsheets with gearing on it, it appears to have dropped right around 500rpms with both of the changes i made.
