If you are sitting in a chairt with an armrest, you, too can put your hand like that. I can, and I'm not even close to being double jointed. Put your thumb straight down keep your fingers flat, and move your hand back as far as it will go, whil leaning slightly to that side, as she is. In order to duplicate the pic, your fingers only have to go as far back as your waist.
Why do people get so shocked by pictures like this?
As for the sunroof, I've put many sliding sunroofs like that into extended cab trucks and a few cars. Either using original VW sunroofs, like a Scirocco one in an A1 Jetta, or from companies like Street Beat.
