Rep. at the Chicago Auto shows told me there's a redesign for the 2003 S4 that includes its own body design (apart from the A4) and a V8.
Anybody have any details?

You'll find that most "reps" at auto shows know less about the automotive industry than many people on these boards. I don't know where they dig up these guys

Everything about the upcoming S4 is speculation at this point but V8-engined A4 test mules have been spotted. Long story short, there will be no S4 on '03. A "new" S4 in mid-2003 as a 2004 model is possible.

The new S4 won't be out until at least model year 2004 and it will have the 4.2 V8.

What about pics of new s4 on lltek.com,(click on news & rumors).It's got tt style headlights,an a6 style rear w/ a hatchback!?

I just know it can't be right

like throwing avus rims on a new bodystyle a4 and having us believe they're 'spy pics' of new S4......n#%^@ pleez!!

I believe the "spy" pics on the lltek site have been there for over a year, at least as long as I've been looking at S4s.

for what i know is the new a4 body comes with the s6 engine that is a v8 4.2 liters 340 hp and some thing like 360-400 t.lbs full loaded 18" wheels 5.2 0-60 quater i dont know it didnt say in the paper but it should be in between 13.6-13.8 or less car weights about 3700 lbs. thats all i know by now
