Ok so Im new to the whole vw scene, ive had all japanese cars. These german things are a little bit more complicated. But any ways I have diagnosed that the problem is that im not getting power at the fuel pump. Where do I go from there?

Jumper the fuel pump relay and see if you can hear the pump. If so, get a new relay.

how do I jumper the relay, I checked all the fuses and they were all good, but how do I jumper the relay? and also any more advice
