Just finished washing the car (end of Nov and I’m in shorts up here in the NE!) and I applied a generous amount of some tire dressing to all the rubber around the doors, and ta-da, that damn creaking is gone!
Before you put crap all over your door seals, try spray some WD-40 into the latch mechanism. I found that is usually what causes the creaks in the 1st place.

This actually was done after lubing the latches. It was the door seals the whole time
Careful what you use on your seals. Some of those dressings contain chemicals that yes, make rubber look pretty, but will over time eat away at the rubber.
I cannot recall the article that addressed this. Nor do I remember what chemical(s) exactly.
I have been using Castrol Tire dressing which is water based. But also washes away in water -- go fig.
