We have enough people to make this a great night. As each week goes by, the weather is getting cooler and cooler, which is obviously better for all of us! So, I am posting up two dates, for you guys to choose from.

Gates open between 5:00 - 6:00pm. If you need to get there later, thats fine.

I really like the idea, but both those dates are bad for me. I will have to catch this when it comes around again.

e-town does not rent full faced helmuts only the open faced ones...I was trapping 103 with a rental and it was no problem....once i put in the race file and trapped 114 I had to buy a full face at the speed shop for like $100...
If you have FI on th R, the new NHRA rules require you to have a fire jacket...also about $100, even if its a slow FI kit.

i was more just asking because this has basically been my only restriction on
going to a track day. don't mind renting one, it's just that i've been in need
to buy one for the past.. well since i got the R

i'd also be using it for
karting, so i'd like to try them on rather than pick and hope over the net.

I think I might join you fellas on Sept 6th but I will not be able to get there until 6:30 - 7:00 at the earliest. Also, this being my first track experience either, I am looking forward to posting some embarrassing times

i'm down any sat or sunday.
i typically dont get home till 6pm on weekdays and then would have to drive 50 minutes to get to english town. what about weekends is it possible for a sat or sun.
