that car isnt really that bad, i think the wing actually looks good, of course other than the fact its only a 2.0 liter and its automatic, but I guess if you tune a 2.0 8v it could still be kinda quick, oh well

I wouldn't drive it around, but i think it loooks cool. It would be better if it was a vr6. I dont know why ppl spend hella money modding a 2.0 when vr6 is just a little more expensive and has more potential.

I gotta agree... this car is FUGLY. I think it would probably look pretty good if it wasn't for the light blue and gray sticker that covers 85% of the body. And what's up with that design? Looks like an ugly pregnant angel riding a rocket to me....
I think the engine/tranny combination was a bad basis for a project, too... I have trouble believing any 2.0 8v automatic can even be considered "quick" (much less fast), save w/ some kind of forced induction or NOS.

I agree, I think its a cool car, just take off the stickers and convert to a 5-spped and i think most peoples opinions would change.

That movie was totally wrong... there is nothing "Fast" or "Furious" About a 2.Slow Auto Jetta with big ass rims... And as for the sticker, as the european Max Power put it "It looks like a Robot riding a d i l d o"

No, not really.
I drive a pristine 10-year-old hatchback. To a lot of folks, that says that I'm a University student (which I am). It's a "smart" car.
If I saw someone tooling around in that Jetta, I'd say that they (or their parents

) have more money than brains. Which is also likley true, IMO.
If you're gonna look like an idiot, do it the cheap way in a $500 beater GTI, not a $30K bastardization to the Dub world.
