could be a bad TB too, no idea though. Does it throw any codes or is the CEL on?

OBD1-High idle ~1100 in drive, in park it is 2000rpm..more...
My 93 VR6 drives perfect for the first 15-25 min of a trip once it is warmed up real well the rpms jump it gets power surges and hesitates. If I come to a stop the idle seems stuck at 1100ish if I hit the gas it will sputter and just about die unless i floor it then it catches.
I have replaced ALL 3mm i,d. vacc lines and I replaced the line that goes from the TB to under the airbox area. I cannot find anymore vaccum leaks...
During this time when it begins to act up it is running pretty rich, (carbon gas smell from exhaust)
02 sensor?
Blue coolant temp?
vaccum leak I am missing?
