okay so I have a 1998 vw golf and i have a 1994 jetta vr6. i want to swap the vr6 into the golf. what exactly do i need to do? i was told my engine wire harness from the cluster will work but i read differently from other threads so im a bit confused. I was researched a ton about obd2 to obd2 vr6 swaps but i didnt think about it until i realized its going to be different. I read its practically the same thing besides the cluster harness? please help! also would it be easier if i just got a obd2 vr6? whats the benefits? thanks so much!!
