OBDII VR6's,will they retro into the B3-4??

Looking for a replacement for my tired motor.I wanted to know , other then intake inlet placement were there any other issues?? Mine is a distributor motor so I imagine I will have to keep my head and only retro the block & internals.
Yes / No???
