This good condition Votex rack fits Mk III Jettas from 93-98. The lock tumblers were professionally removed. To turn the locks you need a key blank or a flat bladed screwdriver. If you want to replace the locks, a lock cylinder set costs about $20. For pix or questions, E me at [email protected]
