I know I've seen a couple before, but was wondering if anybody knows if this is a custom made job or if they actually have the piece and it's just discontinued, anybody knows where I could get one from????? thanks.

I've seen it before and have been looking for it for a while. It is probably discontinued.

Hey thanks, well I couldn't get the Type E's but I got the Type RE's 17x8 with 205/40/17 stretched tires instead and loving how they look. Here is a pic.

I presume you mean to replace the rear VW badge. I think I can locate one for you...rare as an honest politician but possible!

I used to have it on my Jetta, as it started out all Oettinger before switching to Abt. It's a thick adhesive round badge that sticks to your factory VW rear emblem. They fit A3s, so they probably aren't made anymore. Try CEC in LA since they're the Oettinger importer.
