Offset and width questions ...

Ive been lookin @ this rim

its 18x8.5" .. my question is what offset should i use and what tire width?
i have NS Sport Springs which are a very mild drop, of course i dont want to run into rubbing problems.

Can't see the picture, but 18x8.5 should be just fine. What is the offset?
You will only rub with the help of a coilover setup.
