What is the ffastest speed you've ever done in your VW?

Where? When? And who was with you?

Or Fastest in general you've ever gone on anything?

150mph but it was in a mk4 1.8t with a giac chip and other mods... pretty dumb nowthat i think of it and i would prob never do it again... he was also on 17's so i dunno how much it threw the speedo off by

128 mph on I-25 in my 2.0 Jetta
140 mph on 285 in my brother TSI Talon
115 mph on 1-70 in my 1987 Quantum

Let's see, in my 98 GTi VR6 around 140-145
my old 96 GTi VR6 was 140
and my ghetto 89 Toyo Camry topped at at the governed 120

all done on either I-70 or 370 around St. Charles, MO
girlfriend was in the car at the time....she didn't car for it too much I don't think

119 in my 92 camry (v6).. i tried pushing it faster, but i guess it was limited at that...
and only about 95 in the 2.0 golf, i haven't had an opportunity to push it faster.

hehe mine was a 4 cylinder Camy and boy was that thing bouncing around!

About 126 (Governed) in my 98 2.0L Jetta GT ... my girlfriend didnt like it much seeing as how she was yelling and at the same time cutting off the curculation to my hand... lol... I guess the cops didn't either... flashing lights pulled out behind me and I pulled off at the next exit and got away... My 2.0 outran a v8 cruiser
P... teheh... Wasn't my brightest idea ever... i'm thinking I coulda blown a tire or something sooo its not happening again until I get the new Z's on the GT
)

160 mph in my modded 96 VR6 Golf
Done on 67/167 in Ar North of Searcy. Took about 3 miles drafting behind a Corvette that a friend of mine was driving to let me know how fast and to help with the draft a bit. I won't be doing that again but oh the rush.
~190 back in 1989 in my friend's girlfriend's Porche 911 Callaway. He was driving it on highway 49 in NC near UNCC
Got my flame suit on cause I know it is coming but you asked..
