what do you guys use, if anything, to clean out fuel injectors etc. and how much do you use?

Fuel additives yes; oil additives NO!
Fuel additives: Chevron Techron, Gumout

i run about 4 ounces on every tank. you can get a big 32 oz bottle for 8 bucks at autozone.
