Oil breather hose noob question

So I replaced my ripped oil breather hose! The day after the installation I checked on it, and I noticed that another hose attached to it broke in the process

It is the plastic hose that connects to the oil breather hose, right below the one time use clamp in the picture of it to the right of the Y in the hose. There is a copper coupler then the plastic hose, and the hose broke right where the two meet. Does anyone know the part number of this hose and more importantly how I would go about replacing it? I know its another part of the pcv system, but that's about it. Right now it's patched with duct tape

the eurojet piece is about the same price as the oem, so i would just go with the upgrade.

OH!! I totally have this part because I bought the silicone breather hoses as a set. For some reason, I thought that pipe was for the other side of the pcv valve. Now this all makes sense to me. Thanks so much for helping me out!
Now the only thing I need is a DIY to install this one

If it's the hose I think it is, it SUCKS to get at. I hope you have small hands. Otherwise, it's quite a bit easier to get to if you take off the intake manifold.
