Yes its too soon.
The Quaker States of the world are BRAIN-WASHING you all to change every 3000. And its WORKING. VW says every 7500. The people who MAKE MONEY on the oil say 3000. And people believe the OIL COMPANY!!
Use a good synthetic. Change it when your manual says. Be happy.
