i have a new cap in mine and it still leaks...pain in the arse....

I was thinking it was the seal on the cap but could this be a problem with to much blow by?

The blow by gases should be handled by the PCV valve. It is much easier for the gases to go thru the PCV valve than the oil cap so I strongly don't think that blow by is the problem. I would check out the seal on the bottom of the cap and make sure the cap is seating properly. Your valve cover is not bent up around there is it?
