[My Bora 1.8t]

i use 10w 30 mobil 1 synthetic oil
is this too thick? .. also.. im looking to use amsoil from now.. and from the product search, it says to use 10w 30..
dont know what weight i should use..
also.. how many quarts am i supposed to fill?

many (including my audi dealer) use mobil 1 0w40... i use it in both my 1.8Ts and like it...
check your owners manual for oil capacity, it varies slightly between years/models and depending which filter you are using...
if memory serves, mine are both ~4.3 qts...

What was said above. It is right around 4.3-4.5 Quarts. I think recommended from the factory is 5W-30 or 5W-40...
