does putting a 1.8l 16v head on my 2.0l 16v raise the compression at all?

no im doing it my self but with a port job

but i heard 2.0 are better to P&P any one know if this is true?

no way! take a look. 1.8L is way better for increased flow.

stock for stock the 1.8 flows better. that advantage is negated if you are going to P&P it.
