I stopped to help a girl in an .:R32 this morning who had the car overheat on her. It was FI and she was borrowing it from her boyfriend for the day.
I hope she got going okay, I stopped to help but she said it just overheated and needed to sit for a minute. I felt like I made her nervous so I left but I hope she got to where she needed to go and she wasn't left stranded there.

Nice job for stopping. Was it turbo or supercharged?

I was thinking EIP but the IC didn't have EIP on it and it was a large core so maybe VF stage 3/4?? I didn't look under the hood, I wasn't in my .:R and like I said, I felt like I made her nervous so I didn't want to press the issue and she said she was fine so I left it at that.

Well if my wife was in that situation in my car with a strange guy pulling up in a beaten down '02 civic, she would be nervous for both herself and my car (even though I was in a business suit). I offered to help, she said thank you but it's okay so I left it at that, if she needed help and asked I would have given it to her but she didn't so I left.
Ooh yeah, this was in Baltimore, MD and the car had MD tags (front and back).
*blush* thanks Ed

Well.... giant Mandingo warriors tend to scare little women stranded on the side of the road.
