power window issue (MK3 dash)

Alright, trying to resolve an issue that annoys me. I have a Mk3 dash with the power window switches in the dash. I can only roll one window up or down at a time. I'm told I need different switches or dif control module. Any idea what one I have and what one I need to find?

My installer told me that the MK3 rear windows switch would not work with the MK2 harness, and that the corrado switches were my best bet.
