Hello everyone ,
I recently purchased a 2012 Jetta gli . And while driving for some time in the city I noticed the temp went above 190. By the time I got home it was in the red luckily I had just parked and shut it off. After letting it cool down . I noticed that neither fan would turn on even when I turned on the Ac . I ran the codes and got that p1946 code along with p025c ( fuel pump module circuit low) but the car runs fine .
I pulled out the fans and tested them with a direct current and they both turn on individually . I’m not sure what else it could be . I’ll check fuses later , I know I should have checked that first
