[Rave'nGTi]

well all yesterday prepped and painted my side markers. A bit of roughing up and sanding down with 250gritt, 6 coats of color...a bit of wetsanding... 7 coats of clear... some time under the heatlamps in the bathroom and a dry overnight and they came out perfect!!!
Too bad the wind was so bad that I couldnt wash the rest of the car before I put them back in and took pictures

but oh well

I did the same thing. I dont know about your paint job, but mine wont allow the light to shine through, oh darn. cheaper then buying a eurostrip

IMO it looks bad keeping the light plugged in......Why would you want that anyway?

Dani...looks great, but I have a question. I have the clear corners...and I was told that if I didn't keep the amber bulbs in them, I might get a ticket. What about painting them? Wouldn't that cause a problem?
Regardless...they look great, as does the whole car

damn, ur car looks tight. i like the spoiler. what is it, and does it rub against the the antenna when u open the rear trunk?

ok
1) I removed the bulbs, so no light for me.
2) Cops here are extremely lax... mostly cause they dont know whats DOT and whats not!! I ran for years with crystal corners on the mustang.. no amber at all... never got a ticket... They never do much here about things like clear tails etc. Its such a small town out in the middle of nowhere heh....
3) I plugged the bulb socket back into the lens... so it wouldnt hang down.
4) The spoiler is the Freedom Design... and yes it hits
