Yes, that's definitely a 16V manifold poking out from under there. Looks like a fuel rail too. If that's the actual car, it looks nice.

I bet he is letting us know that the car started life as an 8v. So he doesn't end up with a lot of 16v specific parts requests, such as interior. Just my thought.
