Whoa the VW body kits are a little overpriced! You should check out kits available from firms like Zender, Oettinger, and Projektzwo. I haven't found another company that offers side-skirts for the Passat, but there's quite a few firms that make nice front spoilers and rear spoiler/valences. Shop around!!!

If you Like the VW front Spoiler, then you might just want to take the car to a body shop and have the black in the front painted body color. the votex (vw) front spoiler doesn't really have a very different line to it.
