Quite a simple question, but needs to be answered...
Is the cylindrical valve "thing" that comes off the intake manifold and back into the intake boot the PCV valve or is it internally in the head? Reason i ask is because i want to setup a catch can to keep oil out of my intake and i need to bolt up the can after the PCV...
Any help would be awesome

Yes, that's the PCV valve.

Could anybody post a pic of the location of the PVC valve?

Above/behind the top left red plug wire. It's the round thing
with a vacuum line coming off the T above it, and the big rubber
tube running down to the intake side of the S/C is what normally
goes straight back into the intake after the MAF in the stock configuration.

Thanks guys I guess its time to change it being that I never changed it before and I had the car for almost 3 years now
