This is the jetta i just bought for $1200 from a friend of mine. power EVERYTHING, cruise control, recaros, new stock exhaust, very minor dings on the nose and fenders and it needs only a distributor and clutch cable to run and drive. 115k on the 2.0 16v and the timing belt was replaced and has about 2 miles on it. overall a VERY sweet deal if i do say so myself http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif

damn, my car was born with those rims? why would anyone in their right mind replace those? nice car, much less than what I paid...and mine came with leaky distributer and weeping headgasket, bent tie rod, needed two new rear calipers, and already reaplced front motor mount...its gotta be another one causing the shakes....

yeah i did get a sweet deal on the car but it has a few minor problems. The distributor was stolen while the car sat so I havent heard it run yet. The right fender has a 3" long dent and needs to be replaced as well as both front fender flares as they are cracked. The hood has a dent and the front lower valance on the front bumper got snapped off but that is all stupid stuff that is easy to fix. The owner's brother tried to align the shifter assembly without the proper tools and its all out of whack now, needs a clutch cable but i have one in my garage.

the BBS rims on the car are in pretty bad shape, they seem to not be too out of round but the finish is scratched up and the clearcoat has oxidized and started to flake off. The car has 1 helios blue rim as the one originally on the car got a bend in it and stopped holding air.

Man i get phone calls at least once a week by someone either friends or friends of friends asking if i want cars. I got offered a MINT Rabbit GTI with a bad clutch and 85k

original miles for $300 http://****************.com/smile/emthup.gif The only thing that sucks is i'm paying off my jetta, trying to sell my 86 GTI (cheap $1300) and work as many hours as possible at work so I just dont have the time or the money to get cars and parts i hear about. well in a few weeks i'll have some cash again so i'm gonna buy another toy. oh yeah i also got offered a 95 GTI VR6 in black with 65k for $3500 OBO(so i can probably get it for $2900-$3k) and all it needs is a pas. door, center console and shiftboot, and a stock wheel.

maybe i wont have this jetta too long
