hahahahah....
the times we have with our C's.

Especially love the tranny shot!!! What do you think of rebuilding the VGi. I am looking at having to do this, and haven't had the chance to take it apart like that yet.
So. What are you doing exactly... other than fixing oil leaks????
That is a real interesting shot (# 7 down)... looks like all there is is your car up to the firewall.

Well... look like you having fun at least.

What did you use for your air duct?
Re: Pics of my car in its current state =) (CorradoCrazy)

Good luck! I'm looking forward to the day my tranny comes off
I'll give you all a call tommorrow. I might stop by on my way home to see how it is going.

Uwwwfff! I know how you kinda know how you feel. I'm constantly battling leaks. Best advice is to stay on top, once you get in the hole you'll swear you aren't coming out

Yeah Fvck a VW trans!

Are vr6s prone to have oil leak? how much to fix this problem?
Yea, we spent all damn day on the trany. My C's name is the b!tch now. But we are doing head gasket, quaife, clutch, lightened flywheel, all gaskets on our way thru and front and rear main seal. Mike made the air intake there at the bottom with an old looks like coolant hose, oil funnel and the silver dryer stuff that looks like a slinky. But, anywho, we'll see how far we can get today.

Wow. I miss my old 30" x 40" garage. Now I got all my tools int a little 1 car garage behind my apartment. I wanna play like that again.

man that sucks... Well if you look on the bright side, now you have a good opportunity to clean your engine bay
cooh

thanks guys, we got the belt from RPI for like 65 bucks. Not too bad. Today we got down to the cams, and got the headers off. Hopefully have the timing set and head off and back on the car tommorrow.

Im not sure, but the few VR's ive had experinced leak a little oil. The gf's leaks A LOT. Hopefully its the rear main seal(which we are replacing.) And that will fix the prob. Also replacing all the gaskets that we come across. -Mike
