Re: Pics of the DahlBack Exhaust for 1.8T (robgoral)

So when is someone going to make a flanged exhaust for us!!!! This doesn't look a whole lot different than anything else out there now, was hoping for a little more from a thread with Dahlback in the title . . . (not directed at robgoral of course

Momentum Tuning has this on display if you wanna see it in person.

Um... is Momentum Tuning charging admission to visit this DahlBack exhaust shrine?

Flanged has its disadvantages.
Like ZERO adjustment options. Great fun when your SLIGHTLY too long midpipe bangs on the torsion beam and the only way to adjust it is with a fricking hacksaw and tig welder.

My god I would take a nice fitting slip fit over flange any day!

Exactly
For the flip fit leaking more then a flanged exhaust.... guess you forget there are now gaskets that WILL fail at some point...
