YEAH, That's where I found out about this whole thing. But the pics don't really show it and where it is exactly. I popped the hood and see two of what appears to be what they are talking about. A great pic or diagrahm would be great. Thanks .

The one you want it the one more towards the rear, I believe. Watch out for hot coolant. Another texer got burned bad. Let it cool overnight for a good long time. Ice cold.
Look for the other coolant temp sensor thread. THink it's in the 1.8T tech forum. Or MKIV. Search. Many great pics there.

I wasn't using the stock airbox when this pic was taken, but this pic should help you locate it on your car.
