Please help!! I need the color code for black paint on a 94 Jetta GLS......

I need the code for black paint, buddy of mine told me it's labeled in the trunk....Why?? I don't know. But if someone can please give me the code that would be great. Thanx.

LY3D is the Vw paint code for all black cars and most other cars

It should be on a sticker in the trunk beside the spare tire. Lift the carpet and take a look.
