PLEASE HELP IDEAS FOR CIS-E G60 PROJECT

Only way I can think to retain some HP and money...
Use a G60 charger mounted to my 8 valve jetta GLI block w/ cis-e fuel injection and 9 or 10:1 compression ratio
install a Rising Rate Fuel pressure regulator
install a boost controller to the intake manifold to keep boost low at least while tuning
Use a G60 Throttle body w/recirculation valve and tune cis-e to idle properly (maybe lean to account for the recirculated air?)
Tune Rising Rate fuel pressure regulator to kick in as soon as the mixture begins to lean (RPM)
See how much boost I can run

or
use cis-e throttle body and install a second boost controller before the sensor plate to keep pressures low
ANY IDEAS??

Why not use a Volvo 240 Distributor and Audi Warm-up regulaor (rising rate FPR) like the turbo guys do? Itd be pretty close to what your trying to do already.

Thats pretty good. Is the audi unit CIS-e (I have a knock sensor) ? Is the warmup regulator boost sensitive? how bout the return valve -essential? It seems to make sense as that is the original setup.

I dont think its CISe...But I dont think it matters for the regulator. As far as Ive heard it is boost sensitive...But dont quote me on that. Im still lookin into it myself for a Turbo 16v Rabbit on CIS. You should be able to run the bypass not problem with this set-up also...Its not gonna hert to have it. Theres nothing that tells the computer that all of the air has either been burned or left the system.
